At the North of the Loire valley, is located, in the department of Sarthe, the Chateau du Lude. At the gates of Anjou, Lude Castle reflects four centuries of French architecture. Defensive fortress, it was transformed into elegant and luxurious residence in the Renaissance and the Classical period.
Since the 18th century, this castle of the Loire has been inhabited by the same family that opened it to the public.
